If she doesn't have fins in them, I'd be inclined to agree with Roy - for whatever reason, she's finless.

Found a new one for you:

Title: Gene Simmons' Dominatrix

Issue: 2

Culprit: Flavio Hoffe and/or Impacto Studios (artists)

Nit-to-pick: In issue #1 Dominique's outfit took some damage during the opening stage of her fight with lingerie ninja girl - the mask is torn beneath her right eye, and both gloves are looking a bit the worse for wear. At the start of #2 the damage to her mask has moved (albeit to her forehead, which is where she got kicked in #1), and it and the tears on her gloves vanish by page 4. Granted she just acquired superpowers from some pills, but I don't think costume repair is meant to be one of them. I'd call it a 6 - it doesn't ruin the issue or anything, but it could have easily been avoided.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19261226.post-31327817451828391392007-10-12T00:22:00.000-03:002007-10-12T00:22:00.000-03:00Miss Kitty Fantastico said "For Spot The Nit, I'm ...Miss Kitty Fantastico said "For Spot The Nit, I'm guessing it's his hair colour - I've seen Riddler (which I take that to be) with dark/black hair, and occasionally red (a la Batman Forever, if I recall), but I don't think I've ever seen him as a blond."

Exactly, his hair should be black. Actually, I'm right, but I'm not sorry :>. Queen Clea is an Atlantean with the same abilities than (classic) Aquaman, which means she gained them through the serum developed by Poseidonis scientists shortly after the Sinking, which caused traits that are transmited genetically after that. Yes, if she was from Tritonis she'd have a fish tail, if she was a Tuatha De Danann, or a one of the scouts that left Poseidonis before the serum was created, she wouldn't have leg-fins. But as far as I can tell, she's descended from the serum-mutated Poseidonians.

Granted, none of the Golden Age pictures I've found of her show leg-fins, but that doesn't count, since they're pre-COIE. I haven't seen any of the comics she appeared in the previous WW run, but unless someone comes and tells me that Clea is from an Atlantean subspecies that got her powers elsewhere, I'll consider her a regular Poseidonian stock Atlantean.

Shad, by all means, send any nits. If they're from books I don't read (I might read them, but I didn't spot it), just be detailed, and I'll get my hands on the specific issue to verify it. And send current nits as well, just include the book on the e-mail topic (emagnus at hotmail.com), in case I haven't read the book yet.MaGnUshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06351888054411049033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19261226.post-33945974607934494702007-10-11T19:08:00.000-03:002007-10-11T19:08:00.000-03:00Hey Nitpicker! Are you interested in reader-submitt...Hey Nitpicker!

Are you interested in reader-submitted bugs from 10/3 comics?
