A couple of mistakes I've found in the past few weeks. I don't know if you found them, but if not, here you go.
Secret Six #36 - in the group scene of the heroes, it shows both Jade and Obsidian. However, last year at the end of the Justice League/Justice Society corssover "Dark Things", it was stated that if they came within a half mile of each other, they would merge and bad things would happen. Now, I don't read Justice League, and so that may have changed since then, but if not, then it's wrong. I don't know if they were in the script (which would make it writer Gail Simone's fault) or if artist J. Calafiore was the one who chose them, but ultimately it's editor Rachel Gluckstein's fault for not catching it.
New Mutants #29 - on the introduction page, Magma is identified as Karma. Either writers Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning or editor Sebastian Girner's fault.

Thanks man. The first one I think was rendered moot by the recent Eclipso storyline in JLA.
