BLOODY HELL!!!

I know I said I had made the last post of the year, but this was too much... How does John Constantine's niece get back at him? How does his father in law get back at him?

Yeah, like that. I just had to post this.

(From Hellblazer #286, December 2011.)

Last Moments Of The Year

Well, not the last moments from comics this year, but it's certainly the last post of the year, chaps. First, a moment from Justice League of America #4:

DARKSEID IS!!!!

And three moments from Wolverine & The X-Men #3. First, Krakoa (or one of its scions) joins the X-Men!

... and Wolverine starts educating it:

And what happens if you mess with Wolverine and his X-Men? He'll go berserker on you, right? No, he'll send you his lawyer:

(All books from December 2011.)

Happy new year!

Bat-App!

Criminals are cowardly and superstitious lot, but they have smartphones:

Normanzinho

"And there is just no way that Norman is on some beach in Brazil wearing an afro wig and answering to the name Carlos Gillespie?" Iron Fist, The New Avengers V2 #19 ( December 2011).

SCIENCE CONVOY!!!

Two great moments from Atomic Robo:

I love Atomic Robo. A lot.

(From Atomic Robo And The Ghost Of Station X #4, December 2011.)

Full Moon Knight

With all the crazy shit that happens in the Marvel universe ALL THE FUCKING TIME, ON LIVE TV, why would anyone doubt someone was attacked by a werewolf while working as a soldier of fortune? Why?

Writer Brian Michael Bendis needs to stop resorting to cheap script moments like this, as if he was writing in a universe with less obvious fantastic content...

Coldest War

Either this small 1950s English town has crossdressing ladies, or the dialogue is wrong. I would blame letterer Neil Uyetake; but if writer/artist John Byrne wanted the vicar talking to the lady, he would have drawn the scene differently...

Tiny Continuity

This made me laugh:

(From Tiny Titans #46, November 2011.)

Crimson Mistakes

Adumar never belonged to the Empire:

But writers Mike Richardson and Randy Stradley don't seem to know that.

Argh! Noghri are steel-gray colored... not brown, not green, not turquoise:

So where the fuck did colorist Michael Bartolo get this Noghri fruit salad from?
