Lax Gun Law

Dude... just because you're a Texas Ranger and have a permit to carry a gun IN THE STATE OF TEXAS doesn't mean you can enter a foreign country with it and carry it around... particularly when you're there while you were taken of a case in Texas and told to take vacation.
